Creating RMA Request from Frontend
If a guest clicks the Request RMA link in the footer of any page, the following page is appeared. Unregistered customers should fill in the order ID and email and then click the Submit Request button.
Registered users can create an RMA request from their Account page where an additional RMA tab appears.
Click the Request New RMA link to add an RMA request. Select the required order and product(s), choose the request type, specify the package condition, and define a reason on the Request RMA page.
After clicking the Submit Request button, you get a possibility to leave a comment or attach a file.
Click the Submit Comment button.
If you want to create another RMA request for the same product, the “Another RMA for this product” block and the link(s) to the previous RMA request page(s) are added to the RMA tab.
If you click the link, the information about the previous RMA request will be shown on the page.
You have a possibility to leave a comment or attach a file. To submit the comment, click the Submit Comment button.
