Shipping & Online Returns
We ship all of our products via USPS or UPS mail. Our orders usually ship out the same business day.
We are not responsible for shipping delays with these shipping carriers.
For our International customers- We will go above and beyond to ensure that you package arrives in a timely manner. For Canada it is usually 3-5 business days.
Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or brokerage fees incurred on International shipping. We will however do our best to label the packages correctly in order to ensure they go through customs smoothly.
Products are shipped via UPS or USPS usually on the same business day for orders placed before 4 p.m. EST. Orders with items from several manufacturers might arrive in separate packages at different times according to the location of the product. UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail averages 2-3 business days in the Southeast and the Midwest and up to 5 days to destinations on the West Coast.
We offer USPS Global Express Air or UPS International to most international destinations. This service generally takes 1 week. However, during busy periods and to some destinations, it may take up to 3 weeks.
Back-orders and Special Orders
If your item is not currently in stock in our US warehouse (Will be clearly marked as back order or out of stock) we will notify you with an estimated ship date within 48 hours.
Only items purchased within thirty (30) days are eligible for a return or exchange. Products damaged by misuse or abuse will not be accepted for return. No credit for shipping and handling. The customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred both ways. Merchandise return must include original packaging. No returns on clearance or special promotions — all sales are FINAL. There will be a 30% restocking fee on all orders, if the item is returned. Any product which has been used or came into contact with the human body is NOT returnable or refundable. Broken case quantities and opened packages are NOT returnable. Defective products will be exchanged with the same products. Please note that this policy applies only to online orders purchased directly from our website www.smartreliefmassage.com . For returns on orders purchased else where such as at trade shows, malls, websites etc.. please contact the merchant directly as we have many independent distributors and each distributor has its own return policies.
Orders cancelled after item has already been shipped will be subject to all return policies. You must accept delivery, obtain an RMA number and ship the item back to us at the correct address. If delivery of an item is refused then shipping costs are deducted from the credit card on file and a 30% restocking fee will apply.
A return number (RMA) is required for returns. Please contact us BEFORE shipping any items back to us. Items received without proper RMA will not be accepted at our warehouse and no refund will be issued for them. Please make sure to mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and include your packing slip, e-mail receipt, or contact information with the returned item. For exchanges please include a short note with the model and color of the item you would like in exchange. We will charge or credit any difference in price for the exchange to your account. Thank You!
